effect of obtaining a particle size ranging from 0.1 to 80 microns.

 

The Dehydration is because all the solid particles once ground are conveyed towards
the bottom, whereas the vapour and any gas escaping upwards along the duct of the
extraction. Of course, at the end of this conduit must be applied to a dust in order to
eliminate a very small amount of micro dust that can exit in this direction (especially in the starting phase of the transient before reaching the steady-state operation).

  • Air inlet temperatures (plastic materials are very sensitive to this)

In the food industry: FDL has the ability to process numerous ingredients, separately or simultaneously, in very fine fractions. The absence of heat during the process provides a number of positive aspects for the industry. FDL can also be used as a blender or mixer that can remove a number of steps from the production sequence.


Liquid coal: Liquid coal technology requires that the coal be ground to fine particles and dried before being turned into gas and then liquefied.

 

A wide range of industrial processes requires extremely fine particle sizes to be used in the production of cosmetics, paints, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and ingredients for food and beverage production. Cereals and seeds: FDL can process a wide range of cereals and seeds very efficiently. FDL reduces the number of passages required in the milling process, thus reducing energy costs and the final cost of the final product. Real natural and organic flour can only be produced from FDL processing.
 

FDL also has the unique ability to repatriate contaminated grains in a high quality flour, removing moisture and pathogens from it during processing. This is of considerable benefit in areas where a significant amount of grain is lost due to moisture and contamination by pathogens and in regions where high humidity and precipitation produce harmful effects.

Oil: In oil extraction processes, the unique ability of FDL to break the skin structure makes more oil available than is possible with pressure or solvent extraction methods.
